Occupational Safety Training Systems offers your company a convenient way to meet your OSHA requirements regarding Lattice Boom Crawler Safety.
We offer prep training for the CCO crane operator exams. This training can be conducted at your site or at various test sites as necessary. A combination of classroom and site training will prepare the crane operator for NCCCO certification.
Generally require between 4 hours to days to set up / assembly. These are cranes that utilize tracks to move the vehicle, and do not utilize outriggers. And these crawler cranes also require other vehicles to transport lattice boom sections, jibs and counterweights. The operating principle behind the Lattice Boom is the use of wire rope to hoist and lower the boom sections versus hydraulics.
