Facility Audit

O.S.T.S., Inc. will conduct a facility safety inspection to determine if potential OSHA compliance / safety violations exist. Our report will categorise seriousness, provide an explanation of the requirement(s), note the applicable CCR or CFR Section number(s) and provide a photo (optional) of the alleged violation. This inspection includes physical findings within the facility. You may request an audit of documents or other paperwork as an option at an additional cost.

The primary goal of our inspection is to help create the safest work environment possible through discovery of as many potential violations and hazards as possible. Discovery and documentation of the safety hazards and concerns allows the Employer the ability to correct them as soon as reasonably possible and before they become accidents.

A secondary goal is to assist the Employer in discovering violations, empowering the Employer through awareness to minimize future potential OSHA citations.

O.S.T.S., Inc. can not and does not guarantee that all existing OSHA violations will be discovered during this inspection process. Unforeseen variables can mask violations or potential violations at any time on any given day.

All training is performed in accordance with Federal OSHA, applicable State-chartered OSHA, and other State Regulations and local Ordinances.
